Text of Complaint by Anjana Jain:

While getting connection of Tata sky binge, I was confirmed by the sales person that there is a option to download zoom app and it works in this binge. But after getting the connection I am unable to download it. And no response from the sales person on this. He is just providing the toll free no to contact. If the sales person doesn’t know anything about this then he must have refused it. My main motive was to HV zoom app for my child. Now it’s waste for me. They almost wasted my time. I want my issue to be rectified.
