Dear Sir,
For last 4 month , I have requested numerous time to cancel tata binge which I took as free trial but everytime they are ignoring my request and deducting amount towards tata binge whenever I am recharging my tata sky .
This is really disheartening to say about group for which I have highest regards

My tatasky number is 1142985868. Tatasky technician came in and asked me to use Amazon firestick and tata sky binge for free for 1 month and confirmed that after one month tata sky will call and confirm if I want to keep the service activated and I will not be charged until I confirm that I want to use it futher. However the service was auto activated without any call or notice. When I call after two days they tell me that the service is activated and I have been charged for the service. This is a scam from tatasky and everyone be aware of this. Please dont use this service at any cost as it is not worth it. Now they say they can not refund the money or deactivate the account as the amount has already been deducted.
Now they are using new, as per Tara sky I have activated the services from Android box. There is button available in remote which will enable (not possible to disable) the services without using app. And I have pressed that button
