On 27th June 2021 I got my Tata sky Binge installed and operational. I specifically asked about the binge charges to the executive and he said fort the 1st month it is free and next month onwards if you opt for it you will be asked to pay.
In next month (26th July’21) I do not get any intimation about the charges and straightaway received message saying Bing pack has been renewed and charges Rs 299 deducted. When i called up customer care they said it is by default renewed and you need to drop it before due date. When i asked them to drop the binge pack and reverse the charges since i have not used it they said there is no such refund policy of Tata Sky hence this cannot be done. Even after follow-ups they didn’t do anything.
I was shocked to realize this and took the bitter pill of loosing Rs. 300.
Now, on Sep 20th 2021 i receive the message from Tata sky binge that your binge pack is added and amount Rs. 299 deducted immediately from my account.
I’m horrified since no one activated it, there is no request raised from my end and Tata Sky is again singing the same tune. They claim it is not done on their end.
I mean, there should be some confirmation via OTP or some request raised from customer side to activate something. There is nothing in this case. This is looting your customer who has done annual renewal and there is sufficient amount lying in the account.

The TRUST of TATA is shattered for me. These people are just misusing the TATA TRUST family name and destroying its reputation.
Now, I’m fighting to get the refund back for month of July (299) and Sep (299).
It is my earnest request to you to please help me out regarding this matter by sending any kind of assistance. Please advise.
