I have given a request for upgradation on 31st march2021. At that time I was informed the OTT contents are free for 6 months and Amazon prime for 3 months.
On 10th received a call from your office no. +912071004500 for issue in watching bing+ app in mobile. There I was informed that the subscription was valid for 1 month only. I enquired the same through tata sky customer care there i was informed that from 1 april 2021 binge + I valid for 1 month only. He also informed that prior to 1st April the scheme was applicable. On 31st march 2021 I gave a request for upgradation and accordingly i have recharged the account also. Moreover while i was giving confirmation for upgradation none of your executive informed about expiry of offer. I am attaching the whole conversation for your reference. if you go through the whole conversation there is no mention of “changes effective from 1st april 2021”. Also I have given instructions for checking the transponder but that was also not done.

I was not at all informed about the changes from 1st april 2021. Had I been informed about the changes I would probably not have taken the upgrade nor did the technician who visited for installation informed me. As far as I know Any changes w e f 01.04.2021 information would have been available with your executives.
I feel like being cheated by you people. You have passed the credit of Rs.1,494.00/- to your account towards binge service. How is that going to help me. I wanted to use the free subscription but you people have not done that. Moreover tata sky binge mobile app is not working. Gives error as not subscribed. Also tried to get help from chat services they are also confirming the same. when i have upgraded to binge then how is it possible that i have not subscribed to binge.
