Dear sir,
I booked my online connection through tata sky.com.
During installation I was not told about the addition of TATA SKY Binge
Since they blindly asked for OTP inorder to activate tata sky I gave the engineer who came for installation.
Once I logged on to my account online I found Binge and I called tata sky help line and and I told them my issue and got it registered to resolve.
However another tata sky number (8048131010) calls me and tries to force me to keep binge and they ask me for another OTP which I received again to close the case.
When I refused to give OTP they changed my registered mobile number to 7752882154, which I later found as Tata sky Uttar Pradesh.
The same I came to know from my SMS which I have in my record. They have changed my number without my knowledge. I do not know who gave them permission to do the same. What security system do you have in TATA SKY?
I am really astonished to find that such a big company like TATA has scammers inside and doing these kinds of activities without the customers knowledge.
Then I again called back tata sky online help to get my number changed back to the same.
I do not want binge facility on my tata sky dth.
kindly help me to get it removed from my account.
If I request through the online facility they are not doing. they just close my case on tata sky.
