Dear Team,
I am saroj vij and use TATA SKY BING on 5th March 2022 I have updated my package with rs.545 but from 5th to 9th March 2022 its not working and i make 100 calls and all customer service executive make fall commitment.
No call back and still my issue is going on.
They make customer fool . They don’t transfer call to senior .40 min hold and they said manager not available.
please take serious action on them i have all recording of them how they make fool.
