I sdad given a complaint due to signals issues on 8.05.2019 but still now any of your technician as vist..
Today 30.05.2019 when I call your customer care executive they told your problem has been solved and you complaint has been closed..
So I told non of your technician as vist or else I had received any call.
So could you make my complaint close after that they are saying give some more time or else you can get a new connection of other companies It’s been going on for close to 2 months now, the no signal issue is yet not fixed,

every time a raise a complain the backend team is auto-resolving it by themselves without fixing it. the issue is yet not resolved after all this time
