I have paid Annual Subscription of Rs. 8500/- till 9th Aug 2019 under subscriber ID 1160854905 to Tata Sky. As per TRAI rules it is to be required to select the channels from Feb 2019. However there was article in Times of India and as per the TRAI order & High Court Decision that those who have paid the Annual Charges the all channels in the selected package should be continue till the date of next recharge date. However I have received a message from TATA Sky that “As per the new TRAI Tariff order you have been migrated to the best fit plan which has your current key channels . Rs 3616.44 balance towards your long duration packs has been credited to your Tata Sky Account . Your account balance Rs. 3492.13 /- , Monthly recharge Rs. 745/- , next recharge date 9 Aug. 2019.” However from 23rd March 2019 some channels are block and . All channels slelcted as per my earlier package should be continue till 9th Aug. 2019 . There is change in the plan without confirmation. If I subscribe to block channels I will require to pay more charges . I have already paid in advance for all those channels in Aug 2018. Therefore I should be able to see all the channels as per my pack purchased in Aug 2018. If there is any change in the package it should be after 9th Aug. 2019. Therefore it is requested to continue my old package till 9th Aug. 2019.
