Text of Complaint by Nishith Kumar:

I had made an annual recharge of my Tata Sky based on the promise that I would be provided a one month bonus credit. But Tata Sky did not credit the amount and my service was deactivated. On filing complaint they apologised but have not re-activated my service yet. They are duping customers by luring them into recharging for full year and then not fulfilling their promise.  I have a transcript of chat with the customer care. Despite their assurance, they deactivated my service.
