I had subscribed for Tata Sky annual package of Rs. 9270/- with consumer id 1139258659, that is valid till 22.09.19.
Although as per new TRAI regulation customers of long duration packs will continue with the same service for the said duration (unless customer expresses interest for change in the package), my package was changed. Now my package is valid only till 15.09.2019. This is a clear violation of TRAI regulations.
TataSky took 100% advance money including tax amount against yearly subscription charges.. Tata Sky didn’t pay the government the tax amount on the entire advance payment collected and made monthly bills..
Now Tata Sky is trying to pass the buck onto the government for their wrong doing..
The customer is the sufferer is this deal and they are making government the culprit..
