I am Angapparaj – TATA sky customer – Subscriber id – 1340588837
This is about to complaint against a Tatasky service person in Erode ( Praveen – 78458 69562 – Erode) who gave me Tata Sky Connection
This person instead of setting right the connection , he suggested to change the panel and also advised me that he has a service team to do it and took my TV and changed LED panel in my TV and returned it. but still it is not working properly and now he is not picking up my call for solution.
Now i would like to know that is there any separate TV service team in Tatasky which could be handled by these Dish connection giving guys ? or these guys doing some illegal activities. What should i do Now. Please suggest and kindly request concern person to take action against the above Guy.
