Activated packs without consent and deducted Rs. 62 for each pack for past six months.
When reached out to customer care, the response is very poor.
They keep saying we registered the packs through IVR. The setup top box was not functional when packs were registered. (391OAOMX) Complaints registered and 3 technician visits for resolution from 19 Nov 2021 – 24 Nov 2021
There is no intimation of packs activated, no sms, so messages about money getting deducted from balance. The customer care representative kept saying the packs is registered through IVR. Which is not true
Complaint number 3LT462KE – Disconnected call simply talking about features of Tata sky and closed the case.
