I have stopped my account temporarily from 21st Feb to 12th march 2020 , acording to customer care representative it will be started automatically on 13th march, I am trying to reach helpline no. All no. Not valid. my tata sky account are not working as on 13th 9:30 PM and my next recharge date is 17th March pls help to resolve the query.
