Hello im exiting customer of tatasky my RMN is 9023352107 when I’m complain about technical support for no sound on device then I’m asking for upgrading my device hd to hd plus then costumer service employees said that the device will be upgrading in 999 then I said that please accept my upgrading request also with this request then they said that I’m putting our device upgrading request also but when second day technical team visits they said that your only technical problem request is shown when I’m asking about upgrading request for customers care they misguided and said that the amount is different from last night amount , I’m having complete record of last night and today’s calls I requested you to resolve my issues I’m complete call record for both days talk.
