I have paid my bill before due date always…..no doubt tata power encouraging people by giving some rupees discount.In this situation of Corona (covid-19) also I paid my bill for the month of April & May 2020. But when I saw the msg today afternoon from Tata power….I was shocked.I thought I must have received somebody else bill amount or I have not paid my bill for last three months.But in Real world,both the cases was not applied on me.I have paid the bill immediately today itself.but really had anger about tata power services. I thought on MSEB who are doing such business.But I think TATA POWER is giving tough fight to them in real manner. But request you to think about your customers those who have faith in the name “TATA”

Same thing happened to me. I had paid my bills for last two months (April and March)which we usually received 600-700 max and now in JUN suddenly bill of 1650 which is calculate from last three months? I don’t get this average base logic of Tata Power but is completely wrong with customers.
And even customer executive don’t support at all
