On 24th May, I recharged my tata play setup box with Rs 200. But none of the channel were showing up. Considering this as a problem I made a complaint regarding this to the tata play customer care . They understood the problem and said they will send a worker to solve the matter with NO CHARGES applicable. The worker came the same day and solved the problem. After sometime he had gone the setup box showed that the recharge is not done however I did the recharge on the same day. I called the tata play customer care again at explained the matter. They said that the charges are cut due to the relocation of the address done. But I was using my setup box with that address since last year. They made a fake complaint and took action following to the fake complaint which was never made by me of relocation of the address. They charged Rs 300 and Rs 100 is still due on me by conspiracy.
I made a different complaint in which no charges were applicable told by the customer care person but the charges are cut following to a fake complaint.
You can verify my wording in the recordings which they record every time that I never complaint of relocation of the address.
They are not making me clear whether my amount will be refunded or not they are sometime saying it will be refunded but after some time they say it will not be refunded
