Complained for non working no screen issue for my binge connection.
1. Technician visited said internal wiring is faulty get it settled.
2. Logged complain again with customer care because I doubt in technician words.
3. Same evening other technician visited , he said external wire is non working
4. I requested him to be sure because morning technican was with different opinion.
5. Wire changed , and before changing and after change he stated only ₹ 360/- will be charged .
6. Customer care call tried to get my acceptance for money more than it was told. I refused twice then they called my husband he refused also, then thereafter all denial my account was deducted with rs 705/-
I complaint again then backend nd customer service person made and argument I said yes I told them they can listen to recordings I don’t mind . If I am told ₹ 360/- that means ₹ 360/- only . I was not informed about any other charges.
They were least interested .
I can still say never happened before but now tata play is cheat . They don’t even have capable technician to work on .they all are hit n trial types.
