I placed a new connection request online and paid money but they didn’t able to install a new connection and they cancelled my request twice then I raised a cancellation request and they approved it and told you’ll get your refund before 27 Mar 2022, 06 PM. But refund amount didn’t reflected in my account. It’s been more than 15 days and they’re not refunding my amount.
