I bought TATA SKY and did a one year plan subscription on 15 November 2021, and that time they said, TATA SKY has a very good feature available as customers can pause or suspend their subscription for as many days as possible. (They also show it in their advertisement).
So as per this wonderful feature I paused/suspended my subscription in 22 Feb 2022 to 10 March 2022 but for some reason I did request again for pause/ suspend my subscription from 11 March 2021 to 27 March 2021, almost 30-33 days I suspended my subscription,
As per their feature or condition my subscription plan will be extended to 30 days, but they gave me only a 10 days extension, my subscription was 15 Nov 2021 to 16 Nov 2022 and they extended my subscription only 10 days till 26 Nov 2022.
I call to the TATA SKY(Play) customer care at least 10 times, and every time they gave me different answer, in my last call to the TATA SKY(Play) customer care at 18 November 2022 they register my complaint third time and said you will get a call from the technical team by this (21 Nov 2022) date,
Today is 24 Nov and I didn’t get any call from the TATA SKY(Play) technical team.
I want extend my subscription till 16th Dec. 2022 as per their feature or condition, please solve my issue ASAP and take an action against TATA SKY(Play).
I have a message date, where I requested for my subscription suspension. Also, I have a last call recording with the TATA SKY customer care (senior person).
