The Tata play set top box is automatically getting update and stuck at 50-60%. It is automatically getting restarted from 1%. Continuously. Please help.

My set-top box is dead which was declared by technician of tataplay , he was replacing it with other old set-top box and charging around 400 to 500 I told it is tata play property you should replace it without charge ” or” at least new box they are we are giving warranty to you for one month I asked for such policy document so that we are not cheated as I don’t have any option other than to silent this people and thier services provider is arrogantly saying you don’t have option you have to do what we tell you after one year they will again change the box than ?
