Text of Complaint by Anuj Singh:

I raised a complaint for issues with TATA play setup box. The technician visited and told that the setup box is not working properly and needs to be replaced. He gave a new setup box for Rs.1200 and installed it immediately. It has been 1 week now and I am being changed for both the boxes now and despite my complaints to customer care the issue is still pending. My old setup box connection should have been immediately cancelled but I am being charged for it for last 1 week and this will continue till they cancel it.
