Dear Sir,
I have been using Tata Play since 2008. It is extremely saddening to inform you how your executives play around with our money.
I was convinced by your call centre to buy ‘binge fire stick’ on 28 Aug 2022 at 1819hrs on call and money was deducted from my account. Next day after deducting the amount i have been informed that I am not eligible for the same and my money will not be refunded back to me…
Sir, I ask you is this right to take away our money by promising something and not return it back. Don’t you think it’s a fraud that has happened with me.
I kindly request you to look into this and help me out.
