I have called Tata Play Customer Care several times for past 6 days for the relocation of my Tata Play device from one location to another. Every time the Customer Care promises but no one has turned up yet to resolve the issues. Moreover, I had a call with their Team Leader to discuss on this issues, however, the problem still persists. The Customer Care dept. is looking for 5-star rating each time, just bluffing and when asked for issue resolution, they put call on hold for minutes doing nothing.
