On 31st Oct 2022 I online on tata play site place order for dth connection with Rs.1460. One technician came on 1st of Novemeber give us reason that here in my building has poor signal for connection dth so, not able to place my order for poor signal and after that we tried several call for refund of Rs.1460 but every day customer care person give us different date to get call from back hand team of the company. First date given by customer care is 7th of Novemeber and today on 7th of November they again give me 13th november date to arrange call from their backhand team. Still my refend not reintiate.
