Hello Tata Play, I opted for a new DTH connection on (28-sep-2022). And paid the amount via UPI mode. How ever I would not like to proceed with the new connection this time. So please refund the amount which I have paid via UPI Rs 1408. Daily I’m calling your CS Team, they will be keeping escalting my issue on high priority for refund, This drama continues daily from your team, but no one from back end team has contacted me for refund related, i think they are busy in learning java and python since they are the back end team right?, So below are the details for reference:
