Dear Sir

I made a TV recharge on 04.08.22 of rs 848 through tata neu since I am holding 2 subscriber ids By mistake I made a recharge to the old one which is discontinued I called tata play team on 5th August I was told to make the recharge again to the new account and the wrong recharge done will be credited to your account within 3 days even though I tried reaching multiple times they were raising the complaints and they were just closing the complaints without my concern suddenly today I got a call from tata play now they are telling it will not be refunded it was a false commitment they were given to me on the first day. The below are the complaint I’ds and I tried reaching today the last time to customer service of Tata play he is telling they would have been reversed the money on the day one I don’t know why they took a complaints Every time.

The team members are just closing the complaints without my concern and even though they had an option for a refund of the money they re just fooling with the customer for your reference I had proof of the call
