Text of Complaint by Nikhil Shenoy:

Tata Play Recharge of Rs.546 was done successfully via GPay on 28th June 2022. It has got successfully debited from my account as well as showing success in GPay screen. The recharge is not reflecting in Tata Play ID.
When connected with Tata Play they are saying that it is not received and simply denying by saying talk to GPay or Talk to your Bank. Both Bank and GPay has confirmed that the amount has been successfully transferred.
