Text of Complaint by Prashant:

I recharged Tata Play by Scan Code on TV of Rs. 186.53 on 10th Oct’22 09:55 AM. But amt is still not reflecting on my account. Called several times on Tata Play customer service but they are not willing to solve problem and even I said that I received respo se from my ICICI bank that amt is deposited in Tata Play account on 10th Oct itself. I have mail for reference. Transaction UPI: 228309306341 (Amazon Pay)
