hi,
I took yearly plan on 17mar-2024 and executive advised sony channel will be given and i paused the plan of rs 1662.00 same day.
resume the plan on below dates
12-may- 24 to 3- july-24 = 20+30+3=53 days
7-aug-24 to 17- aug-24 = 11 days
total used days 53+11= 64 days
i realised sony was not provided and check with executive and he advised they are charging high so we did not provide sony in this pack.

then I drop the plan on 17 aug 2024 refund amt is Rs 412. Refund amount is not correctly calculated by system
Multiple calls were done to executive but they are saying system done the things and this is what it is.
multiple tickets raised and closed with no solution.

issues:
-Refund is not correct.
-false promises done by sales executive.
-if sony was earlier allowed and later on there were issues then tata has to bear the loss of it.

why Customer was supposed to be punished for the fault of system, executive, tata play.
please refund the pro-rata amount and close the issue.
