Subscriber id 1092025640. Box id 6499. Registered on the name of Richa Mehta . The subject connection was requested to be disconnected after having repeated troubles and poor service. I was assured refund within 6 working days. The service was disconnected on 2nd May. As per written policy of Tata Play the refund is paid by maximum 20 days . I haven’t received the refund even after 23 rd day
