I applied for a Tata play connection worth Rs 1578 through the Tata Play website, on 15 September 2022. The payment was done online. When the assigned technician arrived at my place for the installation, he was told by the society management that Tata play is not allowed in the society where I live. So the installation got canceled. I have called Tata Play customer service several times, asking them to refund my money (Rs 1578), and have received a call from them as well multiple times after my complaint, but they keep asking me the same questions again and again and don’t actually refund the money. I still have not received the refund amount.
