today 6.09.22 I purchase a new connection. I got a successful message from them and paid. but at the end of the day when I asked for conforming for booking with customer service but they were not helping and told me I purchased other products and cut the call. I have a proper transaction email. how they ignore it. it looks like they are trying to fraud on a new purchase. I have evidence that clearly shows I have purchased their product.
