Hello,
It’s been 20 days since I’m subscribed to Tata Fiber and I’m still unable to login to binge app.
I have been raising concerns but no response from customer care.
Issue : “ My mobile number is registered wrongly it’s XXXXX” because of which I’m unable to login and i got to know the subscription ID mentioned in below email is incorrect.
Today I had a discussion with customer care & she is telling me the subscription is not complete, so please contact sales team.
I’m telling you I’m fed up of following it up with team with no proper response.
People forced me to get it activated but for what reason????
Even after 20 days binge app is not working.
This is terrible customer service from Tata Fiber.
Even i wrote emails to nodal officer but no one is responding to the query.
