My Tata Play Fiber Customer id is C2104191795 and my suggestions I can’t recommend anyone Tata Sky Fiber Internet as I have very bad experience of Tata Fiber internet with frequent disconnections, speed issues I am getting just 50-60% with speed drop and frequent disconnection, whatever was promised by sales marketing person is all false statement, even technicians and after sales services support is not at satisfactory, their router is also not functioning properly and connectivity of router is very poor, though they installed router within 1 meter range from my Television still ping I get from 15-70ms and speed plan I went for 100 mbps but I am getting 48-60 mbps download and upload 60-76 mbps, the pages opening takes too much of time and if I am using 2-3 devices at a time the page is always buffering. Though Tata Play Fiber internet is providing 30 days free trial but unfortunately I was been charged from the day 1 and didn’t get any days free trial. I was promised by salesman that I will get internet connectivity in every room but I am not getting good connectivity just 1 meter away from the router so how will I get connectivity in any other room, so I was been told by technicians bring your own Ethernet Router and CAT6 wire and Ethernet RJ-45 Plugs so I bought all these things but Tata Fiber people are giving false promises everyday that our person is on his way or he will come tomorrow so in 7 days also Tata Play Fiber internet is not installed successfully by technicians, very poor service. So I can never recommend Tata Play Fiber internet to any of my family friends and relatives. Further I am going to put this in social media for the awareness of layman people so even they should first check and test before subscribing Tata Play Fiber internet.
