On 22nd June 2022 I contacted Mr Gopi (Area Sales Manager Contact No – 9928885636) to renew my existing plan for which he sent his sales Executive Mr Ravinder Singh (Contact No – 9117409960) who suggested to get a new connection with additional benefits instead of renewing the existing plan. As per his explanation for the new plan the additional benefit was that if I opt for a new connection DTH smart recharge will be included in this new plan along with new WIFI connection of 200 mbps of 12 months for Rs 12036 with additional 2 months free as there is some offer going on for 6 months and also he suggested to take the new connection on a different name as there was an existing plan going on. I found this plan to be beneficial for myself so I made payment of Rs 12036 on the same day i.e. 22nd June 2022.Today i.e. on 24th June 2022 when technician came to install the new connection post installing the connection technician told that taking a second connection is not valid which I was not aware of and sales executive did not mention the same at the time of selling plan instead he said to take new connection on a different name other than the existing plan.Sales manager for hitting his sales target mislead me by giving wrong information.

And today post getting the connection installed today sales executive told he is not responsible for any commitment which he made earlier and the offer in which DTH was free is not available.
Why did he made false commitments to customer regarding the plan and then post getting the connection installed and hitting his sales target he is not at all responsible for anything which happened?
Either refund my complete amount back and uninstall the connection I am more than happy to use my old connection else I will raise the complaint in Consumer Court for the same.
