got new connection on 5th july 2022 paid full payment for annual pack 12036rs (my first mistake ) internet went down at 11pm duing my working hour and customers care committed it will be resolved within 4 hrs which was eventually 11hrs long internet was restored on 6th july 2022 at 10.30 am . i was convinced to continue as it was a wire break in the area and it wont happen again and was tried to bribe with validity extension which i refused .
on 9th july 2022 same at 11pm internet was down again i raised a complaint and was told that there is a network outage in the area and and team is on it it will be resolved within four hours , again which is 11 hours long period and net was restored at 10.20am in the morning , customer care executives are trained to escalate the complaint by only apologizing and offering bribe of extended validity and same 4 hrs time and issue will be resolved . i mailed at care@tatafiber.co.in for a refund as they are unable to keep up with the commitment of downtime period and these false commitment effects me and my family who aslo works from home, almost 12 hrs to the mail no response or call back from their side which shows they dont care for customer issues, i want refund as the company is ineligible of providing service they commit
