Tata Play have falsely activated Tata Binge OTT and deducted rs 118 for 2 months july and August respectively.
We have never given them permissions to activate it as there is no one in our house who watches it.
Only senior citizen use TV and they don’t watch any OTT .
When I complaint in Tata Play about it and asked them proof in written or call recording of when I did allowed them to activate Tata binge,they simply don’t have an answer and are not refunding amount.
And even to deactivate it, they are asking to download Binge App first and then deactivate.
We can’t do it from Tata play app.
I have the recording of how they spoke when I complaint about this.

Please refund my amount. They are spoiling Tata’s name which is build on trust and honesty.
