There is no option either on the Tata Play website or the App to delete credit card details once it is saved . Moreover the ‘save’ credit card option is an ‘opt out’ rather than an ‘opt in’.
Their customer service people are clueless about it and can’t help you delete it either.
This is a shame and is ridiculous that a Tata company is acting like a small time crook
