I did subscribtion for tata ott 299 and paid 341
But they deducted for tata mobile ott premium without my permission and deactivateed my account ott and settop box. Again they told to recharge only 70 to activate the account ,i did recharge of 70 but still my account is deactivated.
3rd June done recharge for ott 341
And 3rd midnight it got deactivated.
Till now 13 june 2022 no response from the customer care
