Respected Sir/Madam I bought Tata Play Binge firetv stick I used the free trial for one month after the month I have recharged for Tata Play Binge firestick service after the recharge done the tata play has taken the the amount of 299 for firestick and 179 for amzon prime but they didn’t give the service by there said the tata play has activated the Rs 49 plan and blaming on me I have change the service plan but I didn’t do anything by side after that I call the tata play customer care and asked about it they by our technical issue the plan has changed sir like that they said after that the tata play has tell Goosebumps story not solved my issue and they didn’t active the service and not refund money so please kindly I’m asking Sir/Madam to help to get back my service or my money.
