Sometime back my box was upgraded to tataplay binge and after using it for sometime I felt that i don’t need binge plus pack and i decided to drop it. When i dropped it after 1 month it was reactivated on my account and when i contacted the customer care they said that it was started directly from the box. I thought may be it was by some mistake so i dint argue much. After that month i again dropped the binge pack through there WhatsApp number. The pack was dropped and now again they have restarted it on my box and again deducted money. This time I was very sure of not activating it and when i complained, their customer care PPL said you never dropped it. I have messages on whatsapp which clearly depicts that i had dropped it. These people are making fool. And then my complaint went to another customer care executive and she said we didn’t recieve any drop requests from you. They are just earning money by making fool of people. Like this Tata play will lose its market for sure. As i will also be soon switching to some other network provider.
