I have recharge tata play blinge on 1/12/22.. for rs 448.. the amount is debited from my tata play account.. But because of some technical errors at tata sky.. i was unable to view the content on binge app.. i made the complaint for the same.. initial tata sky complaint number was 1-424FUNYJ.. a technical visited at my place.. he tried to resolve the issue.. but was unable to do so.. he without asking me recharge my account with 299 pack .. for the same tata play blinge.. then it started showing on my TV… but my 448 amount they are not ready to refund .. claiming that it was recharged by me.. they don’t have refund policy.. its a one time debit.. bla.. bla… I raised a complaint for the same.. Now the complaint number was 42APWBEN..they call me and said the same thing again.. they don’t give refund.. and closed the complaint.. i have made several chat conversation.. in which they assure me they will give the best solution.. but even after so many days.. tata play is not ready to give refund.. It was a technical error from there side.. they have once accepted also over a call.. but refused to give refund.. i want my 448 back..
