Tata Play is chatging Rs. 59 without customer knowledge and customer involvement. And amount cannot be reversed once it deducts from Tata Play balance. No option provided on Tata Play website also. U need to go to Tataplay Binge website and cancell the subscription for the next month.
Why then u r deducting from Tata Play account.???

I experienced exactly a similar problem. I never subscribed to TataPlay Binge but noticed Tataplay is deducting Rs 59 per month without my knowledge on account of Bing subscription. I lodged a complaint with Tatasky (complaint # 3V4QKDG2). After 3 reminders I got an email. The content of the email is as follows:
“This is in reference to your complaint about auto renewal of Tata Play Binge mobile app. We regret the incovenience caused. (Rs.59.00) Debit towards Binge Starter 1M Pack was auto renewed on 19/09/2022 02:25:31 PM. Before the pack gets auto renewed an SMS alerts were sent on your registered mobile number on 7th day from pack expiry and on the date of renewal. We would like to request you to use the Binge pack till the end of the pack duration, you may raise the request to discontinue the Binge pack on last 5 days from the pack expiry through Binge app or may call the helpline or chat or can send us an email on help@tataplay.com”
However, they are still deducting Rs 59 per month. My requests to drop the subscription is not being attended.
