TATA PLAY BINGE RECHARGE ISSUE – SECOND TIME

TataPlay Binge Subscription Not activating even after recharged with sufficient amount(Rs.400) and even after reporting the issue to customer care team multiple times, customer care executives are not reverting back and when I called and spoke to them they are just saying to wait 24 hours to get back to me and it is creating very inconvenience for me and my family members to unable to watch any Binge programs.

Events that happened in sequence for my issue:
1. On 09-02-2023 I recharged with an amount of 400/- rupees and the recharge was successful and the amount get credited into TataPlay Account and when I am trying to subscribe ‘TataPlay Binge Super plan’ it is showing failed messages even after having sufficient amount in TataPlay account and I reached customer care team multiple times but no response or follow up has been done from TataPlay team to resolve my issue.
2. Before 09-02-2023, I called the Customer care team on 06-02-2023 and 07-02-2023, enquired about how to change my current mega plan to super plan and customer care executive have explained to cancel the current mega plan subscription and then once I recharge the amount I can able to subscribe to super plan but continuously I am seeing failed message. Also the customer care team tried to recharge my account but they informed me that they are also unable to recharge my tata play binge account. But here I am losing the amount I recharged and the time even though I have paid the amount.(I had sit idle without watching any of the programs on TV, ex: Today India vs Australia match is streaming on Hotstar app, but because of the issue I am unable to watch and it is very frustrating)

TataPlay services team are creating issues very frequently and creating very inconvenience for me and I hope many users like me. Before providing the services to end users like me they should test the services effectively so that users like me who are paying hard earned money can relax to watch TataPlay Binge programs instead it is creating a lot of inconvenience to me

Hope these kinds of troubles, inconveniences, irritations and most important time are wasted on these issues.

Note: This is the second time I am facing this issue and I hope they will resolve my issue soon. As per the discussions with Customer care executives they have said they will be having recordings of all the conversations that I had with them, Maybe those will be very important while looking into my issue. Also, I have faced many inconveniences during this whole time period and I request that this should not happen to users like me.
