My tata play binge service is deactivated though I have balance in my account even free channels and selected paid channels not coming.
I have complained to customer care 4 times but no positive response stil service is not yet done.
If they can’t give service properly I have asked refund and complained about this.

Same here. Bought a new box 10 days back and recharged. Services still not active. Been chasing for days . Just false assurances and escalations promises. Even unable to login using tataskybinge app . They deducted some amount for some connectors and all for a new connection. Even though there was an existing wiring inside the house. And made me recharge with 50 Rs to activate the account which already was under the plan . Lost 10 days of viewing and now who will take responsibility of the lost time and when will the services start.
