My name is shubham. last month I downgraded my plan to flexi lite (Discovery+, Planet Marathi, Zee5, Hotstar) and paid 149.00 rupee. I’m not able to avail services via mobile application as well as website. Im being asked to subscribe to watch even though i have active subscription. I have placed a complain at tata for the same. I’m getting no resolution. Tata play binge is denying to provide service. Each day I contact to tata play and they tell me to reinstall application if problem persists contact us. I am stuck in the loop for a month. Issue is not resolved tata is denying to provide services.
