Text of Complaint by Geetha Santhosh:

NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS . JUST taking MONEY .No Call from customer care ,only for subscription they call , Lost 1000 rs for same. Fed up and tiring to speak same issue again and again . I had taken Binge subscription on August while it ran for 2 months, when it was 3rd month renewal by Binge channels they did not activate and deducted 300 from my account , Next technician came to visit on Nov 3rd and checked took device and went post that i had to call and ask feedback later he said its device issue which is in warranty period used only for 2 months . NO update after a week again one call came from customer care asking for renewal of binge i said issue they asked to deactivate and activate mam so that it will work and you shall be provided new Amazon fire stick for same. I again did same now tata play say please pay 300 for second device.

Issue
1. Fire stick device given was in warranty
2. Device was repair i couldnt watch and infact 300 deducted for Binge channels
3. Technician charge 100 deducted without informing from my account
4. Again activated but say 299 binge channel subscription but says paid for mobile not TV.
5. Unable to watch in TV, But in Mobile it states activation is for TV and Mobile and WEB.attached pic for reference

300 RS for OCT, 300 for NOV + 100 technician visit , now again recharge in TV as its mobile binge subscription they say which is done by them and they just deduct from my tata play account . NO call after escalating too been 1 week.
