I have recharged for 1 Year Annual Plan on Tata Play (formerly Tata Sky), Without my Knowledge they have activated a Netflix Combo Pack & Started Deducting amount from my Balance, when I started realising my balance has become zero within four months, I called them, to my shock they informed me from past February there has been a Netflix Combo pack added to my account. I asked for the activation source detail & they are unable to provide me, I’ve registered a complaint numerous times, they keep telling we are checking for the info.
They are unable to provide One, nor giving me the refund, some employees are doing fraud in Tata Play. Customer Support is worst.
