THIS IS AMIT KOTAK AND MY TATA PLAY ID NO. IS 1003460860 (Registered mobile no. 9987479974) AND I HAVE BINGE (PACKAGE 299.00) + TRAI CHARGES (153.40) I.E TOTAL 453.40, HOWEVER DESPITE MAKING THE WELL IN ADVANCE FOR RS. 500.00 ON 24TH MARCH 2022, MY ACCOUNT IS DEACTIVE SINCE 29TH MARCH 2022 AND I HAVE CALLED TATA PLAY HELPLINE MULTIPLE TIMES AND LOGGED MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS TILL DATE, HOWEVER NO RESOLUTION, ONLY FALSE PROMISES MADE BY THIER AGENTS. I HAVE ALSO CALLED THIER NODAL OFFICER AND SPOKE TO MR. MADHUSUDAN WHO PROMISED A CALLBACK FROM NODAL OFFICER WITHIN AN HOUR BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLBACK. I HAVE ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO NODAL OFFICER (Mr. Pawan Kumar Garg) AND APPELLATE AUTHORITY (Mr. Surjeet Mahapatro) AS SEEN IN THE ATTACHED EMAIL THAT WAS SENT. ALL THE DETAILS OF THE COMPLAINT NUMBERS AND CALLS MADE ARE MENTIONED IN THE EMAIL ATTACHED.
I HAVE GONE THROUGH LOT OF MENTAL TORTURE MAKING CALLS TO TATA PLAY EVERY NOW AND THEN. PLUS I HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN ADVANCE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO VIEW THE MONTHLY PACKAGE. AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL THE FRUSTRATION AND MENTAL TORTURE, I HAVE ASKED SR. EXECUTIVE (SANGITA BERA) TO PUT IN A REQUEST TO CLOSE MY TATA PLAY ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY, HOWEVER WHILE MAKING THIS COMPLAINT, I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM TATA PLAY (MR. ANAND ROUT) WHO HAS ASKED ME TO SHRE THE TV SCREEN PHOTO, WHICH I HAVE SHARED IT TO THEM AT ceo@tataplay.com ADDRESSED TO MR. ANAND ROUT.
i WANT TATA PLAY TO NOT JUST REFUND THE ADVANCE AMOUNT 500.00 I PAID ON 24TH MARCH 2022, BUT ALSO THE BOX CHARGES AND ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR THE TORTURE THAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS.
ALSO IN THE PAST, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THE SECONDAY BOX WHICH I WAS NOT USING FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS, WHICH FINALLY I CALLED THEM AND CANCELLED IT PERMANENTLY. i HAD CALLED 3 TIMES TO DEACTIVATE MY SECONDARY BOX IN THE PAST, BUT ALL THE 3 TIMES, THEY WENT AHEAD AND RE-ACTIVATED THE SECONDARY BOX ON THIER OWN AND CHARGED ME MONTH ON MONTH – THIS IS FRAUD / CHEATING AND UNETHICAL.
IF THEY WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, THEN I NEED THE REFUND FOR THE SECONDARY BOX CHARGES THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN FROM ME AS WELL.
