i have purchased tata play dish connection in sept 2022 with Rs 4000 with an offer of 0 installation. tata play refunded amt 4000 Rs in wallet just after installation completed. in dec 2022, i asked them to temp suspend my account as i was not in town. on several occasions my account has been suspended (the dates with tata play is correct as i have) but they have deducted 1500 Rs which can’t be more than 600 Rs. i argued that if 1500 rs deduction is correct then provide details of each Rs tata play has deducted but they denying to provide details.
